Why seek ye the living among the dead?
Do you not remember what Jesus said?
Flesh and blood is not how you learned,
testimony is always spiritually discerned.
You won’t find God inside an empty tomb,
nor find happiness by wallowing in gloom.
If you want life eternal, seek He who lives,
to find forgiveness follow Him who gives.
Some require a sign before they’ll believe,
others ever seek wisdom, yet never perceive.
Edification isn’t found walking in the mist:
whatever has no foundation will never exist.
The Spirit of truth is what you should seek;
that which enlarges while making you meek.
Things of God, only from Him can we know;
ask with real intent and revelation will flow.
